From the North:

Route 128 or South East expressway south to route 3. toward Cape Cod. Take exit 13 (the Hanover Mall exit). At the bottom of the ramp, take a left on to Route 53 and follow that for exactly one mile. You will come to the interesction of route 53 and route 123. Go straight. Further up on your left you will come Family Fitness. We are next door (412 Washington Street). Park your car, wlak in the fron door and feast your eyes.

From the South

From Cape Cod.
