Return Policy

Once an order has shipped out it is considered a "complete" order. All cancelled orders (where allowed) are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges. Product must be shipped back to us in its original package. Once the product is received and inspected we will issue a company check to the customer.

Backorders

If your purchase is on backorder, you will be notified by email with the approximate shipping date. You can elect to cancel your order by sending an email to sales@americanfitnessequipment.com.

Damaged Products

Once in a while, products will be damaged while in transit to the customer. When this happens, please accept the package and sign for it as damaged. Ship the product back to us and we will file a claim with the shipping company. Keep the product in its original packaging and call us ASAP (781-659-0006). Once we receive the damaged product, we will either ship out an identical product or refund your money. We will reimburse you for the shipping charges.

Shipping and Handling For International Orders

All purchases that are shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, or overseas must pay a shipping and handling charge. For international orders, we ship duty and taxes unpaid. Customer will responsible for any charges incurred once the product arrives at its destination.
